We do understand that an occasional request for an exchange may be requested  and we take great pride in keeping our customers happy and satisfied. Here at Pineapple and Glamour we maintain a high level of quality control which ensures that our customers get the best of the best materials on the market as well as accuracy . We thoroughly inspect every order before it is sent to our customers. We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective, however;  we will offer store credit or accept an exchange on UNUSED ITEMS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE AND CONDITION within 2 business days of receiving the order. You may only return the the lace wigs in the EXACT SAME CONDITION as you received it.



1. Modify the lace wig, frontals, closures, and weft bundles in any way

2.Try on or use the lace wig, frontal, closure, sew in hair extensions in any way

3. Comb, wash, cut the lace  or hair  in any way

4. Apply or use any product to the lace wig , frontal, closure ,or hair  extensions

5. Alter any part of the lace wig, closure, frontal, or hair extensions

6. Remove tags or any promotional material ( meaning all tags and promotional material must  still be intact)

We do reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the above terms and conditions are not met and we will not honor an exchange or store credit.

Please understand that we are taking necessary health precautions for your safety. Once we validate your return, you may exchange your stock lace wig for another stock lace wig of equal or lesser value or exchange your in stock extensions for more in stock extensions, however, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and $15 Shipping Fee

Multiple exchanges are not allowed. All exchanges must be pre-authorized , we will not accept unauthorized returns. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to customer at the customer's expense.

To exchange your lace wig, you must or hair extensions

1. Contact us within 2 calender days of receiving your wig at

2. Please write EXCHANGE on the subject line and  Include your (Order number,  Name, Address , Phone Number) / reason for exchange

3.Item must meet the above requirements for eligibility  (PLEASE SEE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS)

4. Once we email you a return authorization code and a return shipping label, Please securely repackage the item and write the code on the outside of your return package then drop off  at your nearest  USPS  within 2 calendar days. If the package is not dropped off within 2 calendar  days of receiving your return label and code in an email,  the exchange request will be VOID.  If we receive any returns without a return authorization  number, we will refuse it and return it at the customer's expense.

All shipping and handling charges are non refundable.  

We are not responsible for lost , damaged or delayed packages nor are we responsible for delayed packages due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters / acts of nature.  It is the customers responsibility to package all items safely  and to insure the items so that we receive them in good condition in the case of a return. It is also the customer's responsibility to file a claim with their courier in case of loss or damaged items. If the item is unsuitable for restocking, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges
A store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item,  minus a 20% restocking fee
All return shipments are insured for the FULL VALUE of the item.  WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
We will email you a return shipping label and you will be required to cover the cost of return shipping. In addition, ALL returns are shipped back to us via USPS.

Processing time for an exchange

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive and process your exchange. We will notify you by email once we receive and process your return or exchange

Store credit expires 6 months from the date issued

Due to sanitary purposes, all lashes are final sale
